Welcome to Flyers Media. These Terms of Service govern your use of our offline marketing aggregation and distribution services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Scope

Flyers Media, operated by Century Ventures Capital Sdn Bhd, acts as an aggregator of offline marketing services. We coordinate nationwide distribution through a proprietary network of local vendors and strategic alliances with national postal services.

2. Client Obligations

The client is responsible for the content, legality, and accuracy of all marketing materials provided for distribution. Materials must comply with Malaysian advertising standards and local municipal regulations.

3. Execution & Logistics

• Routing: We utilize centralized routing to manage multi-state deployments.
• Access: For premium residential enclaves, we utilize official postal channels to ensure legal mailbox penetration.
• Force Majeure: Distribution schedules may be adjusted due to extreme weather conditions or regional security restrictions beyond our control.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tracking technologies, including GoWhere Business and 360 Marketing Ecosystem integrations used during campaigns, remain the exclusive property of Century Ventures Capital Sdn Bhd.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain strict oversight of our distribution network, Flyers Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
